Proofreading
I will read through your book and catch spelling, grammar, punctuation, and general clarity issues. The goal of copyediting is to remove all sentence-level errors so nothing stands between the reader and your story.
My rate is $0.0025 per word, which is well below industry standard in order to remove cost barriers for indie authors. My turnaround time is between 3-5 days depending on my schedule. I will read your book and provide proofreading via Microsoft Word in-text notes.
Here are some examples of cost:
- 80,000-word book = $200
- 100,000-word book = $250
- 120,000-word book = $300
I also love when authors send me a finished copy of the book so I can display it on my bookshelf.
